FINISHING TOUCHES ON OUR HOUSE

As Paula finishes painting the shelves I built in our house, I am trying to finish the trim on the outside. There's always more work to do than you think. It could take several more days because we always stop to play with the kids, or eat some great food. We are also starting another house down the road for Jaime, Juanita, and thier 3 kids Juan, Alejandro, and George'. The gifts we recieved at the end of the year are going to provide some needy families with a much needed house. We need to go to the market at weeks end and pick up the blankets and buy bulk beans, rice and cases of oil and bags of sugar and flour. Our plan is to find the neediest families first and bless them before handing out the rest. Our home church in Il. took an offering specifically to meet the needs of the people in Colonia Nopalera. Thanks to all at Moraine Valley Church, for you are the vessel that God has used to bless these friends of ours.We are planning to visit Paulas Mom in the beginning of Feb, but need to have a foundation ready before we leave so Blanca can get her new house on the 15th with the help of a team from Peoria, Il. The car you see is a 2002 Expedition that Beto and Carmello are rebuilding for Paula and I. They will sell it and we will split the profit in an effort to make some extra money.
