GODS PLAN--OUR WILLINGNESS BRINGS UNITY

As we watched the team become one in spirit, the power of God worked thru them to touch many lives this week. They worked hard at the orphanage, painting the chapel building and some other work projects. It was warm, but tolerable. Wednesday was filled with activity as the team handed out about 800 plates of fresh nachos as we drove thru the colonia, meeting and greeting everyone that was home. Pastor Gordon was hoping to stop more often and pray with people, but when your feeding that many people, you have to keep moving. When we reached the end of the road, we all loaded up our hands with more plates of food and walked the rest of the way until all the food was gone. We then took the team to the market in Reynosa for a couple of hours where we were graced with free parking from Martin. We built his family a house last year and it was just his way of blessing us for blessing him. We returned to the colonia for the 5 oclock service where the kids did some drama and Gordy gave us a lesson on love and unity. We shared last night for a few hours and we knew that this morning was going to be hard on the team to say goodbye to all the kids and staff at Benita Juarez, and we were right, as the tears filled everyones eyes as the kids gathered around the van as we loaded up and waved as we drove off. Thank you Petitcodiac Baptist Church for sending your Pastor and some of your congregation to bless so many people in so short a time. ADIOS Bruce and Paula
