TOO MUCH TO GET CAUGHT UP ON, BUT HERE GOES

When we don't post every few days, it's hard to fill in all the blessings.
Nov 27th; Paula, Kristin, Kelly and I helped feed hundreds of homeless people at a shelter in Chgo the day before Thanksgiving. I was able to preach to and pray for many needy people living on the streets of Chicago, while the girls served ham, turkey and all the trimmings. A great and awesome day.
Nov 28th- Thanksgiving Day with our girls. Time well spent and we are thankful for them.
Nov 29th- We packed up and left for La Harpe, Il and spent the evening with Brad, Debbie, Gladys and Alford.
Nov 30th- Breakfast with the Balmers in LaHarpe and down the road toward Oklahoma to help build a house with the One Family One Purpose team.
Dec 1st- Worship at Hilltop Baptist Church where the team is staying while they build relationships and a home for Kathy Talbott and her children. Installed the trusses on her new home
Dec 2nd- Installed the roof decking, roof, and started the siding. Evening devotions awesome!
Dec 3rd- One last time to the building site for a group photo in the fog and down the road toward home. We met Phil and Marianne from Mexico Missions in Fort Worth for lunch, stopped in Waco,Tx at Rick Caywoods' warehouse to help load beans on his truck to be brought to our place, washed the filthy R.V. headed to San Antonio, dinner with Dan, Roseanne, and Theresa. Slept 100 miles from home.
Dec 4th- Organized the warehouse for the arrival of 40 thousand pounds of beans and unloaded the truck when Travis arrived.
Dec 5th-Several ministries came to get beans and rice in the morning and we went to Mexico to see all our friends we missed for so long. We spent the night there and it got pretty cold.
Dec 6th- Carmel and I drove to Rio Bravo, MX to meet a potential supplier of roofing and placed an order for 100 pieces of roofing needed by months end. NO MORE SMUGGELING ROOFING ACROSS THE BORDER !!! PRAISE GOD.
Yea, we're not too busy! But we are glad to be home and we thank all of you for your prayers and support. My diabetes is totally healed and my vision is being restored. I didn't have a sugar problem, I had a wisdom problem. The wisdom of proper eating and excersise has lowered my blood sugar levels to normal and my cloudy vision is going away. Whatever you face, look to God for wisdom for the situation, He has all the answers, JUST ASK!!!
